- Photocopy of passport

- Recent CV (include descriptions of medical research, clinical experience, and  

  any publications you have written, if applicable)

- Personal Statement (one for each specialty for which you are submitting)

- Medical school transcripts and graduation certificate (diploma)

- Transcripts for other graduate degrees, if applicable

- Official USMLE transcript (ordered from ECFMG, delivered directly to AED)

- ECFMG certificate

- copy of TOEFL score, if available

- At least three letters of recommendation. (Note: ERAS will only allow four. 

  Notes from medical school deans are highly recommended.)
