Application File

Candidates who have met the eligibility requirements and who are currently available for residency placements, should provide the following materials to AED as soon as possible. To obtain an application packet containing the forms and guidelines, please contact the AED Center for Academic Partnerships at the address below. A complete application consists of the following:

1. Completed and signed Program Registration Form (PRF)
2. Signed and dated Terms and Conditions (TAC) information sheet
3. Recent photo
4. Copy of passport
5. Recent CV
6. Statement of Purpose
7. Medical school transcripts and copy of graduation certificate (diploma)
8. ECFMG certificate, score reports of USMLE Part I and Part II, including the CK and CS exams
9. Copy of TOEFL score, if available
10. Three letters of recommendation
11. Financial guarantee from SACM
12. Letter from SACM addressed to ECFMG indicating that candidate will receive a stipend and benefits that are comparable to the stipend of other trainees in the training program
